For vacant properties
When a property is vacant, we transform it from empty to unforgettable. We supply everything needed to create a beautifully styled home – including furniture, artwork, rugs, lighting, soft furnishings, and carefully curated accessories. Every room is thoughtfully designed to showcase the property's full potential and ensure it is market-ready for photography, inspections, and sale. This is our most popular styling service, ideal for homeowners who have already moved out or investment properties that are currently vacant between tenancies.

Integrated Staging
For occupied properties
Selling while living in your home doesn't have to be stressful. Our occupied styling service enhances your existing spaces by blending your furniture with carefully curated pieces from our collection, creating a polished and inviting home that resonates with buyers. Throughout the campaign, you can continue living comfortably in the property and using the styled furnishings as your own. Our furniture is fully insured for fire and theft, providing complete peace of mind. Working closely with you, our stylist will identify which items should remain, which can be stored away, and what we can introduce to transform your home into its most marketable version.

Partial Staging
For targeted budgets
Not every room needs styling to make a powerful impression. We strategically enhance the spaces buyers connect with most, often including the living areas, primary bedroom, and outdoor entertaining spaces. To create a customised partial styling proposal, we'll ask for a walkthrough video so we can assess the property and focus on the rooms that will have the greatest influence on your sales campaign.

What we won’t do: cut corners on the rooms we do stage. If we’re working a partial, the rooms we touch are styled to the same standard as a full stage. Half-finished doesn’t sell homes.
